FamilyExpress.ca will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties, unless we have your permission or are required by law. We will only share the personal data you provide online with other third-party vendors that are acting to complete the service(s) that you avail of.
Children under 18
FamilyExpress.ca website and its services are intended for Users over the age of 18. FamilyExpress.ca will cancel any users account and information of any users verified to be under 18 years of age.

FamilyExpress.ca makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website. FamilyExpress.ca shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to utilize the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
You agree to indemnify and hold FamilyExpress.ca, its, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents harmless from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from your use of the site and any of our related services; violation of this Agreement; intentional wrongdoing of any kind or violation of any rights of any other user or third party.
You have to pay the principal amount and service fees before FamilyExpress.ca will process your transaction. You agree and authorize FamilyExpress.ca to charge your designated Card account for the principal amount, the service fee and any other applicable fees. If your Bank does not provide authorization for your debit transaction, FamilyExpress.ca will not process the transaction and no funds will be transmitted to your beneficiary. Alternatively, if payment is not received, FamilyExpress.ca can cancel your transaction at its discretion. FamilyExpress.ca assumes no liability for damages resulting from or arising out of non-payment of the remittance by reason of non-receipt of authorization from your bank. You acknowledge that your agreement with your Bank governs the use of your Card, and you must refer to that agreement to ascertain your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The remittance transaction may be cancelled and the transaction amount may be subsequently refunded upon the sender's written request if the recipient has not yet received the funds. Transfer fees will not be refunded to the client as service has been rendered at the time the transaction was completed. Please see the complete text of our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Notification of Changes
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
The laws of Canada and British Columbia govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver British Columbia in all disputes arising out of such access. Failure of FamilyExpress.ca to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.
